With over a decade of experience leading complex environmental remediation and civil construction projects, I’ve learned that successful project delivery is about more than managing scope, schedule, and budget. It’s about building trust, creating alignment, and helping people work toward a shared goal.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked alongside clients, consultants, contractors, regulators, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects in complex and highly regulated environments. I enjoy bringing clarity to challenging situations, fostering collaboration, and creating the conditions for projects to move forward with confidence.

My approach is practical, people-focused, and grounded in the belief that strong relationships are just as important as strong project management.
